Where’s my order?

Fear not, your freedom-fueled scent delivery is probably just making its way to you. You can track your order with the link in your shipping confirmation email. No email? Double-check your spam folder—it’s like the berm of the internet. Still nothing? Hit us up at support@pewfumes.com, and we’ll track it down faster than a tactical reload.
How long does shipping take?
Faster than a speeding bullet? Well, not quite.
We aim to ship your order within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 days, depending on how close you live to our top-secret HQ (okay, it’s in Utah). If you’re off the beaten path, it might take a little longer, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Do you offer international shipping?
Can freedom be shipped worldwide?
Unfortunately, not yet. We’re working on it, but for now, we only ship within the U.S. Stay tuned—one day, Pew Fumes might be packing air fresheners and freedom on an international level.
How do I return or exchange an item?
Didn’t love it? We get it, sometimes things misfire.
If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days. Visit our Shipping, Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges page for more details. Just make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging—no one likes a battle-worn return.
What’s your refund policy?

We offer refunds on unused products returned within 30 days of purchase. If you’re not loving what you got, check out our Refund Policy for all the nitty-gritty details. Just remember, we can’t refund shipping costs—those postal workers don’t work for free!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Change of heart? We’re here for it.
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us ASAP at support@pewfumes.com. If it hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate. If it’s already out the door, you might just have to wait and send it back once it arrives.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Did your air freshener take a hit in transit?
If your item arrived looking worse than a dud round, send us a pic at support@pewfumes.com. We’ll take care of it and make sure you’re reloaded with a fresh one in no time.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash is king? Nope, we’re all digital.
We accept all major credit cards, and a few other options like Apple Pay and Google Pay. No IOUs or barter systems here—your cash is as good as gold (or lead, depending on your preference).
Are your products safe for sensitive skin or allergies?
