At Pew Fumes, LLC, we aim to leave you as satisfied as a day at the range. That said, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Below you’ll find the nitty-gritty on how we handle shipping, returns, and the like, just in case your package hits a snag or that fresh scent isn’t as freedom-packed as you expected.

Shipping Information

We’re pretty quick on the draw—orders ship within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. However, shipping times can vary based on your location and the method you choose at checkout.

  • Domestic Shipping: USPS standard delivery takes about 5 business days, unless you’ve opted for the express route or another shipping carrier (for those who need their freedom smells STAT).
  • International Shipping: Sorry, patriots abroad—we’re keeping it stateside for now.

Pro Tip: Once your order leaves our hands, delivery timelines are in the hands of the delivery carriers, so check your tracking and keep an eye out for porch pirates!

Refunds and Returns Policy

We get it—sometimes what looked good online isn’t quite right in person. No hard feelings, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or refund. After that, the deal’s done.

To Be Eligible for a Return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unused and in its original packaging. (In other words, you can’t test-drive it and then send it back.)
  • You’ll need your receipt or order confirmation. (Proof or it didn’t happen.)

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll shoot you an email letting you know if it’s approved for a refund. If it is, your money will be back in your account faster than a shell casing hitting the ground—or within a few days, depending on your payment provider.

Missing Refunds:

Still waiting for your refund after we’ve said it’s coming? Here’s what to do:

  • Check your bank again (seriously, we all miss things sometimes).
  • Call your card company—they might be dragging their feet.
  • Contact your bank—sometimes there’s a “processing” period before refunds show up.
  • Still no luck? Hit us up at support@pewfumes.com.

Sale Items

Clearance gear is a final sale—no returns or refunds on discounted items. If you’re in the sale section, be sure you’re locked and loaded for what you’re getting.


Exchanges

We’re only swapping out items if they’re defective or damaged. Think of it as an equipment malfunction—if it happens, we’ll make it right.

Exchange Process:

  • Email us with your exchange request and what went wrong.
  • We’ll confirm the details and get you squared away. Just keep in mind, exchange shipping times vary based on your location.

Gift Returns

If someone was kind enough to gift you some Pew Fumes goodness, and it didn’t hit the mark, don’t worry—we’ll help you out. If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue you a gift credit. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund goes back to the original purchaser. Hey, they’ll probably forgive you.
